The project aimed at conducting an ex ante evaluation of the operational programme for the European Social Funds of the Free State of Thuringia in the programming period 2014-2020. The ex ante evaluation centered on assessing the programme strategy, indicators, the monitoring and evaluation system, as well as the consistency of financial allocations and the contribution of the programme to the Europe 2020 strategy.
