Erg\u00e4nzend dazu war auch die Rolle der Sozialpartner im Umsetzungsprozess zu ber\u00fccksichtigen. Schlie\u00dflich war es Aufgabe der Studie zu untersuchen, mit welchen Methoden und Instrumenten wie z.B.
