(2) Eine vertiefende Analyse der Wirkungen der neuen Formen von Arbeit und Besch\u00e4ftigung auf das Arbeitsrecht und dessen Entwicklung einschlie\u00dflich der Wirkungen (der zweiten Generation) von Instrumenten der Selbstregulierung f\u00fcr Unternehmen und Sozialpartner basierend auf Freiwilligkeit und rechtlich nicht bindender Regelungen (soft law). (3) Die Untersuchung der Wirkungen der neuen Besch\u00e4ftigungsformen auf den Sozialen Dialog und die industriellen Beziehungen (Arbeitsbeziehungen). (4) Die Analyse der Grundlagen des Arbeitsrechts unter Ber\u00fccksichtigung der Kernbereiche der Rechte im Kontext von Arbeit.
