Main objective of the evaluation was the assessment of the results of ten networks in the field of continuous vocational training (CVT) that had been funded by the Free State of Saxony as well as the success factors of these networks. In this context, the specific implementation structures in the regions and the network mechanisms for supporting SMEs in the field of continuous vocational training of their employees formed a specific focus within the evaluation. Furthermore, a financial concept was elaborated in order to continue the funding of the networks under increased financial commitment of enterprises and vocational training provider.
