The cooperative higher education of engineers combines five years of studies at Universities of Applied Science with an in-company training in a recognized profession. Objective of the evaluation was to elaborate mechanisms for ensuring the continuation of this model under increased financial and strategic responsibility of enterprises, for which the model offers effective ways for recruiting well-trained specialists.
