Objective of the pilot project „External management of in-company training (EXAM)“. was to increase participation of enterprises in dual vocational education and training through solutions targeted to the specific needs of these enterprises. The support mainly consisted in a discharge from administrative and organisational tasks before, and during in-company training. The ongoing evaluation focused on a continuous assessment of quality and relevance of the support and aimed at answering the question whether the support was strongly linked to the needs of the enterprises. Furthermore recommendations were elaborated for optimizing support after the end of the model project.
